Flex tickets can also be scanned it at the main gates without redeeming for a specific date.

Please follow the below instructions for how to redeem your Flex Date tickets after purchasing. If you have purchased tickets for another person to use on their date of choice it is recommended to transfer the Flex Date Vouchers to them first and have them complete the steps below.

Step 1 - Access Flex Date Tickets: After purchasing your tickets you will be able to see your tickets on you Dragons account by selecting 'My Events'. To access your Dragons Ticketmaster account click here.

Step 2 - Start Date Exchange: After clicking 'My Events' you will see your Deck the Diamond Online Flex Voucher in your account. When ready to redeem for your chosen date click on 'View Event Details' to open the ticket, then select the 'Exchange' button on the right hand side.

Step 3 - Select Tickets for Exchange: Once you have selected 'Exchange' you will be prompted to select which tickets you would like to redeem, you can redeem all or just some of your flex tickets. Once you have selected the number of tickets you want to redeem hit 'Continue' at the bottom right.

Step 4 - Choose Date for Exchange: After selecting 'Continue' you will then select the date you want to redeem your flex date tickets for. Hit the 'Select Event' button next to the date of your choice.

Step 5 - Confirm and Process Exchange: After selecting your desired date add the General Admission tickets to your cart and navigate to your cart by selecting the cart icon in the upper right to complete the exchange. Please Note: You may add additional tickets to your cart and you will be charged the regular ticket price for each additional ticket.

Your cart total will display $0.00 due for the exchange (unless you are purchasing additional tickets). Click 'Submit' and your tickets will be available in your account in a few minutes as scannable event tickets.
